Param Yuva -II the Supercomputer

There is an excellent privilege to India that J. Satyanarayana, secretary, department of electronics and information technology, govt.of India, proclaimed the launch of the supercomputer Param Yuva-II.

Earlier we've Param Yuva super computer at Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) pune however it's the new five hundred teraflop Versions of earlier one. Param Yuva II took 3 months for creating and at a cost of 16 crore. Compared to Param Yuva the new version performs 524 teraflops and consumes 35% less energy.
